It was his familiarity of the industry that allowed Adam to acquire his real estate license at age 19. A widely respected expert in the area of residential and commercial construction, Dr. Knos holds a PhD from the University of Georgia and his dissertation focused on building codes and construction. A former adjunct professor at Southern Polytechnic State University, he taught residential and commercial construction in the Construction Department. With over 35 years of expertise in home inspections, Dr. Knos manages Champia, and oversees the technical training of all Champia inspectors.
