  • No upfront fees!
  • Leasing and Tenant procurement – 1 month’s rent $1,000 minimum; only if we lease the property
  • Tenant renewal 25% of the renewed rental rate; only if you approve the renewal
  • Full service management 10% subject to a $100 per month minimum; only if the rent is collected
  • Supervision of minor repairs and maintenance included in management fee
  • Major/ Initial renovation supervision - 10% of the invoiced repair(s)
  • Tax appeal $75 plus 40% of the first year savings
  • All fees contained in our written agreement.  No surprises
  • Loan consulting included in management
  • Sales brokerage commission fee if you decide to sell*

ABOUT OUR TEAM LEADER, Bruce Ailion has been a full time REALTOR since 1979. A broker and licensed attorney he is an expert in Atlanta real estate.  Bruce has managed property since 1981.  Bruce holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, a Master of Science in Real Estate and urban affairs, and a Doctorate in Law.
