Since graduating from Emory University, Bruce Ailion has worked in Metro Atlanta real estate for 30+ years. He has worked in all facets of real estate marketing, management, and investment, satisfying over 5000 clients.

With a Doctorate in law, a Master’s Degree in real estate, a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, and as a licensed attorney, Bruce’s clients benefit from unique skills. Well known and respected in the real estate profession, Bruce was honored to serve as President of the Cobb Association of REALTORS in 2019 and as a Georgia Association of REALTORS director for many years.

Born into a real estate family, Adam is a third-generation REALTOR. Starting at age 19, Adam began acquiring and renovating the properties. While in college, he earned a real estate license. Adam earned a Bachelor’s degree in marketing from Kennesaw State University. He has continued his professional education earning the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified Agent For Real Estate Investors (CARI).

REALTOR and Property Manager

A native of Atlanta, Robin knows Atlanta. Robin works closely with our property management division, utilizing an amazing customer service skill set. Versatile Robin not only works with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. She also steps in to co-manage our IT, training, and personnel functions. Robin graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s degree in management information systems. Robin stands out for her honesty, consistency, and quality performance. At the end of a transaction, we hear people say they couldn’t believe how easy it was to work with Robin. She becomes a friend for life.

Leasing Specialist

Earlean has been licensed in real estate since May 1997 and has been working with Bruce Ailion since 2000. She has extensive experience working with distressed sellers seeking short sales and loan modifications, represented banks seeking to liquidate distressed assets, HUD transactions, and Fannie Mae Sales. She has helped buyers and sellers complete their real estate transactions and is always looking forward to working with new and past clients.
